A very interesting start to todays collection of Log Cabin quilts using modified colour placement in many of the blocks.
The second is not as striking as the first design, but interesting.
The design above is probably my favourite for this week’s Log Cabin retreat …
… or maybe the next one!
I like the last one … it looks like a layout designed by a group of quilters who are listening to dance music as they try to work out how to place the blocks.
It would be interesting to use these designs using Log Cabin blocks but using the same colour placement … a project for a rainy day perhaps!
