I am a quilter who uses a computer program to design way more quilts than I could ever make in several lifetimes.
The quilts featured on this site have never been made. No stash has been harmed in the process.
This site is a chance to show the un-used and un-seen designs to others, and occasionally share designs by making some EQ6 project files available by email on request.
Please note that my only association with the Electric Quilt Company is as a very satisfied customer.
I prefer to be in a tag free zone and award free area. I am just happy to know you came for a look.

This is one project file which never has any spare designs stashed away for future use. Each time I open it I have to add five more designs, which means I get to have a five minute retreat in the … Continue reading

There’s an idea! Don’t piece a Log Cabin quilt … just quilt it! Something to think about though … what colours would you use on the quilt top if you did piece it? Something to consider is doubling up Log … Continue reading
Middle of another week already! We went away for two nights, stayed away for five, which may explain why my our week disappeared so quickly. I love the Courthouse Steps border in the first design. Like the centre of the … Continue reading
Very interesting! More interesting! Just … interesting. Very interesting! Love the last one! More virtual Log Cabin quilt variations next week, mid week, for a short retreat away from the real world.
The first three designs today are almost the same … just little changes. Tiny changes can make a difference, but in these two designs I am not very impressed with either. Time to head off in a new direction to … Continue reading
