Virtual Quilts?
I am a quilter who uses a computer program to design way more quilts than I could ever make in several lifetimes.
The quilts featured on this site have never been made. No stash has been harmed in the process.
This site is a chance to show the un-used and unseen designs to others, and occasionally share designs by making some EQ8 project files available by email on request.
Please note that my only association with the Electric Quilt Company is as a very satisfied customer.
I prefer to be in a tag free zone and award free area. I am just happy to know you came for a look.

TNT Logs 66, 67, 68, 69, 70
Sixty four identical blocks can be twisted and turned every which way to create a multitude of designs. The second design has a few blocks twisted, but all of them have the light and dark sides opposite … … but … Continue reading
Cabin Fever Quilted 61, 62, 63, 64, 65
I think I would like the backs of these designs as much, if not more, than the front. Another option would be to make all the blocks in very pale washed out colours, not just the light areas. I love … Continue reading
TNT Logs + 101, 102, 103, 104, 105
I rather like the first design, though I think I would like it better on the floor than on a bed. Very interesting. What if I change the light fabrics to dark and vice versa, and change a few blocks. … Continue reading
Cabin Fever Isolation Area 56, 57, 58, 59, 60
As usual on Wednesdays I share more quilt designs than other days of the week so you can have a longer coffee break sometime during the day. This week while you have your very short retreat from the mad, mad … Continue reading
Logs OP + 26, 27, 28, 29, 30
Wow, I like the first design in this mid week Log Cabin retreat! Mmm … interesting. The last three are like triplets … similar, but with a few little differences. Which one would you choose? If i had to choose … Continue reading
TNT Log Jam 106, 107, 108, 109, 110
Love the first design for this week’s Log Cabin designs. Love the points in the middle of each side in the second design. Weird, but interesting. Another interesting one, and I like it. No favourite for me today … I … Continue reading
Cabin Fever Isolation Area 51, 52, 53, 54, 55
I have the urge every so often to play with Log Cabin blocks. This project has been around for a long time, with a LOT of quilt designs in it, but a large proportion of them have Thick and Thin … Continue reading
Curved Cornerstones + 101, 102 103, 104, 105
I like the first design for today … … and the second … … you guessed right if you guessed that I like the third! When I opened this project there were no designs in there that I haven’t already … Continue reading
TNT Logs + 91, 92, 93, 94, 95
I love the first design today! Not too wrapped in the second,… … but change four blocks and I like it better. Corners look tidier with less light . Last design for today is interesting, so that is the lot … Continue reading
Less Logs for Christmas 6, 7, 8, 9, 10
Love the first design of the day. Also love the second! I don’t think I will be able to select a favourite from todays selection of designs. I have to admit to never making a Log Cabin quilt, but have … Continue reading
