Virtual Quilts?
I am a quilter who uses a computer program to design way more quilts than I could ever make in several lifetimes.
The quilts featured on this site have never been made. No stash has been harmed in the process.
This site is a chance to show the un-used and unseen designs to others, and occasionally share designs by making some EQ8 project files available by email on request.
Please note that my only association with the Electric Quilt Company is as a very satisfied customer.
I prefer to be in a tag free zone and award free area. I am just happy to know you came for a look.

String of Beads 15, 16
Challenge for today … how many applique beads are there in these two quilts? Despite it being a fairly big number, these are much simpler to make than most other applique designs. All the beads are the same… 2 inches … Continue reading

String of Beads 13, 14
I love just about every String of Beads design I have ever seen, but the one above is one of the best ones. However the one above is also a contender for entry into the favorites list., but this morning … Continue reading
Beaded Border Strings 17, 18
In the design above I was playing with ways to get around corners with the beads, without getting them too tangled. I like the results. Two designs, and ten ways to get around corners … this is FUN! As you … Continue reading
Beaded Blocks and Borders Batik 31, 32
I love Strings of Beads, and all the variety of designs possible with just one simple shape. The second design is my favourite for today! I wonder how many little leaf shapes would be needed to make todays designs? They … Continue reading
Beaded Border Strings 16, 17, 18
The design above was one of several I have in this project file which use the simplest border string, and a collection of the corner designs which I found, and I was curious enough this morning to see how many … Continue reading
