I am a quilter who uses a computer program to design way more quilts than I could ever make in several lifetimes.
The quilts featured on this site have never been made. No stash has been harmed in the process.
This site is a chance to show the un-used and unseen designs to others, and occasionally share designs by making some EQ8 project files available by email on request.

I think the first one at least, lives up to the pretty part of the title. Interesting sashing, except that it is not really sashing, it is part of the blocks. I think all three designs are pretty!
I wanted to see if the illusion of curves was noticeable if it was just quilt lines … works for me! The colour helps the illusion though!
Some of us are living through autumn, some of us are heading into summer, but I like these series of designs regardless of the season.

Pretty in pink. Love the pieced blocks with added applique … should do more of that in both virtual designs and real quilts.
I love mixing up patterns, and a combination of Grandmother’s Fan and Double Wedding Ring makes perfect sense for a summer wedding.
Gran’s New Fans started when I simply replaced Log Cabin blocks with Grandmother’s Fan blocks. The combination of two old fashioned ideas has resulted in a rather modern looking design.
