Virtual Quilts?
I am a quilter who uses a computer program to design way more quilts than I could ever make in several lifetimes.
The quilts featured on this site have never been made. No stash has been harmed in the process.
This site is a chance to show the un-used and unseen designs to others, and occasionally share designs by making some EQ8 project files available by email on request.
Please note that my only association with the Electric Quilt Company is as a very satisfied customer.
I prefer to be in a tag free zone and award free area. I am just happy to know you came for a look.

Beth’s Brunsvigia Quilts 25, 26
The centre of the first design is pretty much what a Brunsvigia flower looks like, though because they take ten years to start flowering after you plant the bulbs I have seen only one in the last five years, when … Continue reading

Cathedral Window 21, 22
This project involves Cathedral Window variations with a fabric version of stained glass. I like the second design.

Felicity Anderson Q’n’A 13, 14
Very nice. Also very nice, but I prefer the first one, because it has a diamond!
Desert Flora 3, 4
A reminder to me … plant those seeds soon! Need to find a rather dry corner of the garden. Memories of home include Sturt Desert Peas near the back door every year! If all else fails I might have to … Continue reading
Poppies in a Spin 1, 2
I started drawing some poppy designs, then got distracted by some spinoff! I saw some blocks with spinning designs, and I thought why not spin the poppies. I have decided to share the designs as it is at least ten … Continue reading
Beth’s Brunsvigia Quilts 15, 16
Love this project file and all the designs in it. The layouts are based on pieced blocks created with squares and rectangles … no odd angles. This is one feature of Electric quilt I should utilize more as I like … Continue reading
Floral Wedding OP 37, 38
Very pretty. Beautiful. Mind you, I would need about ten years notice of the wedding for it to arrive on the day!
After Pompeii OP 29, 30
Busy, busy , busy! Not overly impressed by the border, but I like the rest of the design. A little bit of blank space for the eyes to rest, and I like the busy parts of the second design.
Textile Inspirations 19, 20
I like it. Love the second one! Elegant!
