Virtual Quilts?
I am a quilter who uses a computer program to design way more quilts than I could ever make in several lifetimes.
The quilts featured on this site have never been made. No stash has been harmed in the process.
This site is a chance to show the un-used and unseen designs to others, and occasionally share designs by making some EQ8 project files available by email on request.
Please note that my only association with the Electric Quilt Company is as a very satisfied customer.
I prefer to be in a tag free zone and award free area. I am just happy to know you came for a look.

The first design I shared as the Virtual Quilter was Wedding in Pompeii, and this is one of the project files which grew from that first one. I think I add more designs than I share to the file every … Continue reading

I love this project file, but one day I will make some changes to the blocks for a new file, or maybe a series of files. Different flowers including an Australian version using native flora. Lots of weddings happen on … Continue reading

Looks a bit washed out … and about how a couple of people we know must feel after trying to organise a wedding this year! I like the centre of the first design, but like the second design more … … Continue reading

For practical purposes wedding quilts made in these fabrics would have to be put away when children are old enough to start jumping on beds, until they leave home! Of course, if one of the couple is a mechanic who … Continue reading

Busy, but I love it! Nowhere near as busy and I love the second one … some open spaces for quilting to shine!
Wedding Fans OP 51, 52
Interesting bed topper. Like the second one … and big enough for a queen size bed.

Like it … even the empty spaces which just need some quilting lines … … or some applique! Move the applique blocks and replace four part Wedding Rings with just the leafy joins and I love it!

Pretty. Very pretty! A slight tweak by changing a couple of blocks and the colour scheme, and it is by far my favourite for today!
Wedding Fans 47, 48
Very restful and pretty. Love the second design.
