Virtual Quilts?
I am a quilter who uses a computer program to design way more quilts than I could ever make in several lifetimes.
The quilts featured on this site have never been made. No stash has been harmed in the process.
This site is a chance to show the un-used and unseen designs to others, and occasionally share designs by making some EQ8 project files available by email on request.
Please note that my only association with the Electric Quilt Company is as a very satisfied customer.
I prefer to be in a tag free zone and award free area. I am just happy to know you came for a look.

Cabin Fever Quilted 61, 62, 63, 64, 65
I think I would like the backs of these designs as much, if not more, than the front. Another option would be to make all the blocks in very pale washed out colours, not just the light areas. I love … Continue reading
Less Logs for Christmas 16, 17, 18, 19, 20
A very interesting design for any time of the year, in any colours too. A nice neat and tidy design. Same design, with a little bit of extra colour. With only three logs on each side of these designs they … Continue reading
Cabin Fever Christmas Edition 61, 62, 63, 64, 65
The red fabrics look sparkly! I already have far too many Christmas decorations but I really want to print a whole heap of quilt designs to use on Christmas trees, and as banners. Perhaps I will have to cull some … Continue reading
TNT Logs + 101, 102, 103, 104, 105
I rather like the first design, though I think I would like it better on the floor than on a bed. Very interesting. What if I change the light fabrics to dark and vice versa, and change a few blocks. … Continue reading
Log Cabin Mix 26, 27, 28, 29, 30
Not a bit mix up in the first design. More mixed up in the second, which I like because it is less boring to make a mixture of blocks rather than 64 identical blocks. Looks like a willy-willy (or whirlwind) … Continue reading
Cabin Fever 126, 127, 128, 129, 130
In today’s selection of Log Cabin variations I have used just five variations, and one of them has been used just four times in one design. The changes are rather subtle, but interesting. The changes could be used in real … Continue reading
Cabin Fever Isolation Area 56, 57, 58, 59, 60
As usual on Wednesdays I share more quilt designs than other days of the week so you can have a longer coffee break sometime during the day. This week while you have your very short retreat from the mad, mad … Continue reading
Curved Cornerstones + 106, 107, 108, 109, 110
Not even many variations of the curved Log Cabin blocks in the first design, and none of the rest of the variations of Log Cabin that are included in the + sign in the title. Interesting mix of curves and … Continue reading
Logs on Point + 106, 107, 108, 109, 110
The title of this project file indicates it uses on point settings and the plus sign indicates that the blocks include variations of the basic Log Cabin block. The first design above uses variations of colouring mostly, but there are … Continue reading
Logs on the Pile 76, 77, 78, 79, 80
Mostly Chimneys and Cornerstones blocks in the first design, but tipped on point in this project file. Not many Chimneys and Cornerstones in the second design, but some Curved Log Cabins. It is going to be hard to pick a … Continue reading
