Virtual Quilts?
I am a quilter who uses a computer program to design way more quilts than I could ever make in several lifetimes.
The quilts featured on this site have never been made. No stash has been harmed in the process.
This site is a chance to show the un-used and unseen designs to others, and occasionally share designs by making some EQ8 project files available by email on request.
Please note that my only association with the Electric Quilt Company is as a very satisfied customer.
I prefer to be in a tag free zone and award free area. I am just happy to know you came for a look.

Ferns and Flora 21, 22
Nice, but would need some quilting! I would use the centre block as the quilting design. The second one would also need some quilting, but mainly just background fill.
Aussie Floral Inspiration 3, 4
All teh flower shapes are based on Australian native flowers, but the colours have mutated in my virtual world. The second design is sort of a sampler, but all but one of the blocks have been repeated, most of them … Continue reading

Maria’s Medallion 3, 4
Very dainty florals … and I like them. I love flipping and turning block designs to see what happens, and most of the time I love the results, including the two designs above.
Floral Wedding 51, 52
I should have used a lighter, slightly brighter background, but I love the design despite the colouring. With the lighter brighter background the second design would be a wonderful place to show off some lovely quilting.

Books and Botanicals 11
This series of designs was started as a challenge to myself, to design a large quilt with some of the blocks looking like pages of a botanica, with art work depicting plants, along with details of the leaves, flowers and … Continue reading
