I am a quilter who uses a computer program to design way more quilts than I could ever make in several lifetimes.
The quilts featured on this site have never been made. No stash has been harmed in the process.
This site is a chance to show the un-used and unseen designs to others, and occasionally share designs by making some EQ8 project files available by email on request.
Please note that my only association with the Electric Quilt Company is as a very satisfied customer.
I prefer to be in a tag free zone and award free area. I am just happy to know you came for a look.

Love the idea of creating a design by using different background fabrics, and designs like the ones here show why! I like the first one best, but I have learned something from the second one … use finest, dotted line … Continue reading
Love the idea of a very low contrast quilt like these, but I don’t think I want to live with one. At least that saves me the task of picking out one design to make!
I love the design, but would not enjoy making sixteen identical urns, plus the big one! I think it would be difficult to find the perfect background colour, but would probably want to change it after the first dozen blocks. … Continue reading
Interesting, but think the blocks in the middle would look better surrounding the fan blocks around them. Love the second design as it is!
The first design today looks like 9 applique blocks set on point with quilted sashing, but it is 9 applique blocks in a 5×5 straight setting with alternate blocks quilted. I have just worked out how to stop the quilting … Continue reading
Love the first design for today. Who would have thought that such a bland change of background colour could have such a great effect! I like the second one too, but it doesn’t excite me as much as the first … Continue reading
It is busy, but I like it anyway. Like the second one too … it has room for the quilting to shine.
