Virtual Quilts?
I am a quilter who uses a computer program to design way more quilts than I could ever make in several lifetimes.
The quilts featured on this site have never been made. No stash has been harmed in the process.
This site is a chance to show the un-used and unseen designs to others, and occasionally share designs by making some EQ8 project files available by email on request.
Please note that my only association with the Electric Quilt Company is as a very satisfied customer.
I prefer to be in a tag free zone and award free area. I am just happy to know you came for a look.

A Whiter Shade of Pale 21
Getting the contrast right in any quilt is harder than choosing colours … low contrast would be harder, but I love this design.

Textile Inspiration White Out 15
Love this. I would never have thought of using floral applique block designs without also using colours. I am not sure how I managed to remove all the colours from a quilt top, but I rather liked the effect, and … Continue reading
Textile Inspirations White Out 14
This is from the original White Out project, which was the result of me accidentally Clearing the colours from a virtual quilt I was editing. I liked the results and started sharing.

White On Colour 10
Love the design … but even though green is my favourite colour, this is not the sort of green I love.

A Whiter Shade on Gold Quilted 10, 11
I like it, but not too sure how the quilting designs became brown smudges. A test for your imagination to see what I see! Enjoy these designs while I go play … it may have something to do with the … Continue reading

Textile Inspirations White Out 11, 12
Background fabric plus just one fabric for the applique … I love it. I wonder how long I could spend looking for just the right two fabrics in the quilt shop?

A Whiter Shade on Antique Gold 15
A few pale fabrics and a rather boring background can make a rather nice quilt top.
