Virtual Quilts?
I am a quilter who uses a computer program to design way more quilts than I could ever make in several lifetimes.
The quilts featured on this site have never been made. No stash has been harmed in the process.
This site is a chance to show the un-used and unseen designs to others, and occasionally share designs by making some EQ8 project files available by email on request.
Please note that my only association with the Electric Quilt Company is as a very satisfied customer.
I prefer to be in a tag free zone and award free area. I am just happy to know you came for a look.

Sunshine and Mushrooms 9, 10
At the moment we are moving from mushroom season to sunflower season. I have no idea why I paired up sunflowers, which grow to 10-12 feet, with mushrooms, which grow to a few inches across, but they sort of work … Continue reading

Sunshine and Mushrooms 7, 8
Don’t know about the cream, but I think the cat might have eaten the mushrooms! This has got to be one of the more unlikely combinations of subjects to ever appear in quilt designs, even virtual ones. My only excuse … Continue reading

Sunshine and Mushrooms 5, 6
A bit cold for mushrooms, but the neighbour has sunflowers growing ready for the flowering season. I did find a couple of weird looking mushrooms in the garden earlier, but decided they didn’t look like the ones I have eaten … Continue reading
Sunshine and Mushrooms 2, 3, 4
When I was teaching myself to draw applique in Electric quilt I drew some toadstools or mushrooms, and had to try them in some quilt designs. I love the one above. I also had fun hiding the cat amongst the … Continue reading
