Virtual Quilts?
I am a quilter who uses a computer program to design way more quilts than I could ever make in several lifetimes.
The quilts featured on this site have never been made. No stash has been harmed in the process.
This site is a chance to show the un-used and unseen designs to others, and occasionally share designs by making some EQ8 project files available by email on request.
Please note that my only association with the Electric Quilt Company is as a very satisfied customer.
I prefer to be in a tag free zone and award free area. I am just happy to know you came for a look.

Penny’s Patch Play 19, 20
Far from ordinary, in both arrangement of blocks, and the colour scheme. Looks warm and cozy. I have to choose the first one as my favourite because I like the border more than in the second one. I do like … Continue reading
Penny’s Patch Play 17, 18
It is busy, but I like it anyway. Like the second one too … it has room for the quilting to shine.
Penny’s Patch Play 15, 16
Love the first design for today, even if one block is facing the wrong way! I love the second one too, but it is not my favourite for today, even if all the blocks do face the right way.
Penny’s Patch Play 14
Another project file with designs which have an antique look … this one must be a new or unused quilt as that black background fabric has not faded. This one was probably designed in EQ6, so it is heading towards … Continue reading
Penny’s Patch Play 13
I like it. Note to self … must use blocks with changed background colours more often.

I like it. A challenge. Find the block facing the wrong way!

Sort of looks like it should be in an old English country house!

I love it … and if I was lazy or short of time I would leave out the faded blocks and just quilt them.
