Virtual Quilts?
I am a quilter who uses a computer program to design way more quilts than I could ever make in several lifetimes.
The quilts featured on this site have never been made. No stash has been harmed in the process.
This site is a chance to show the un-used and unseen designs to others, and occasionally share designs by making some EQ8 project files available by email on request.
Please note that my only association with the Electric Quilt Company is as a very satisfied customer.
I prefer to be in a tag free zone and award free area. I am just happy to know you came for a look.

Patricia’s Patches OP 15, 16
This project file uses the same blocks as yesterday’s designs, but with different fabrics and set on point. Not many of the blocks are repeated in these particular quilt designs, but I love that they look so different with the … Continue reading
Patricia’s Patches OP 4, 5, 6
Regular visitors have probably noticed that I have a preference for rather old fashioned style quilt designs … and the one above is one of them. Too many pieces, not enough applique in the second one, but I do like … Continue reading
Patricia’s Patches OP 11, 12
I like the design, and the colours even though I think they would look like Christmas all through the year, but then a little bit of Christmas everyday would be nice. The second design has me thinking that a simple … Continue reading
Patricia’s Patches OP 9, 10
Love the inner border … breaks up an otherwise busy collection of blocks. Love the second design too.
Patricia’s Patches OP 6, 7, 8
Interesting collection of blocks crates some contrast of shapes when mixed together. I like mixing pieced and applique blocks together, and though as a beginner quilter I used sashing or different colour backgrounds to make them stand apart, I now … Continue reading
Patricia’s Patches OP 5
I like it.
Patricia’s Patches OP 4
Interesting.
Patricia’s Patches OP 3
I always love a combination of pieced and applique blocks! In this design I love the four pieced blocks around the centre with the soft colour around four dark diamonds.
Patricia’s Patches OP 2
I like it, and even the fiddly bits would be worth the effort to make this real instead of just virtual.
