I am a quilter who uses a computer program to design way more quilts than I could ever make in several lifetimes.
The quilts featured on this site have never been made. No stash has been harmed in the process.
This site is a chance to show the un-used and unseen designs to others, and occasionally share designs by making some EQ8 project files available by email on request.

In this project file I have used blocks from the Electric Quilt library which have been tweaked a little to cretae border blocks from the original applique cross designs. Once again, I cannot pick a favourite from today’s designs.

Nice. A simple chane somehow made it a bit more exciting.
Simple background layout works nicely as a frame for the applique blocks. In the second design the applique does all of the framing … and that works too.

Love the first design. Second one is very different, but I love it too. I like the third, but not sure that the centre blocks need to be quite so intense!

Interesting border, though not sure that it works as well as it could. I like the border change … and the overall design. Of course, room for quilting always works for me!
