I am a quilter who uses a computer program to design way more quilts than I could ever make in several lifetimes.
The quilts featured on this site have never been made. No stash has been harmed in the process.
This site is a chance to show the un-used and un-seen designs to others, and occasionally share designs by making some EQ6 project files available by email on request.
Please note that my only association with the Electric Quilt Company is as a very satisfied customer.
I prefer to be in a tag free zone and award free area. I am just happy to know you came for a look.

Not the most inspired start to this weeks Log Cabin Retreat, which is your chance to sit down with a coffee and view some virtual Log Cabin quilt designs. That is better, but wait, there is more! Number three for … Continue reading

An interesting start to another Mid Week Log Cabin Retreat. If the first design is interesting, this one has to be exciting. With our retreat half over, something a little more mundane. Finishing off with a double dose of excitement. … Continue reading
Very interesting design. Interesting, but I like the first ones more than this one. More interest, specifically the straight zigzag lines which give a fleeting impression of blocks set straight … until you focus on the logs in the blocks. … Continue reading
There was a comment a little while ago that some sort of magic happens when we use blocks on point. It is certainly true with Log Cabin blocks on point. Before I first used Electric Quilt I often spent time … Continue reading
Middle of the week again, already! Same fabrics, all Log Cabin block variations … … all have the same outer row of blocks … … but they are still rather different to each other. Some might think it is boring … Continue reading
Very interesting design to start a mid-week retreat. Another interesting one. Using Log Cabin blocks in all the variations on point opens up so many possibilities. Did you know that I have shared over 1,500 virtual Log Cabin designs? I have barely touched … Continue reading
