Virtual Quilts?
I am a quilter who uses a computer program to design way more quilts than I could ever make in several lifetimes.
The quilts featured on this site have never been made. No stash has been harmed in the process.
This site is a chance to show the un-used and unseen designs to others, and occasionally share designs by making some EQ8 project files available by email on request.
Please note that my only association with the Electric Quilt Company is as a very satisfied customer.
I prefer to be in a tag free zone and award free area. I am just happy to know you came for a look.

We have spent a very quiet Christmas, but a quiet coffee break to concentrate for a few minutes sounds rather nice. I have only occasionally seen pretty colours used in Log Cabin quilts, but they can look very pretty! The … Continue reading

Pretty colours, which are not very often used for Log Cabin designs. Today’s designs are very similar, with minor changes to each one. Three up, and two to go, and I like them all, but will there be a favourite … Continue reading

My favourite traditional Log Cabin quilt design, and a great place to start making a few changes. First up, I changed the outside light coloured pieces to dark. The next logical step would have been to make the two inside … Continue reading

New project file, starting with two versions of my favourite Log Cabin design, the first starting with a light centre, … … the second with the blocks turned around 180 degrees to make a dark centre. I have added a … Continue reading
