I am a quilter who uses a computer program to design way more quilts than I could ever make in several lifetimes.
The quilts featured on this site have never been made. No stash has been harmed in the process.
This site is a chance to show the un-used and unseen designs to others, and occasionally share designs by making some EQ8 project files available by email on request.
Please note that my only association with the Electric Quilt Company is as a very satisfied customer.
I prefer to be in a tag free zone and award free area. I am just happy to know you came for a look.

Interesting! Not a lot of change of the first, but I like the change. In the third one I think there is just one block which hasn’t been changed! The one above is the second design with four blocks turned … Continue reading
Interesting. Also neat and tidy. Very interesting. I have had my mid week retreat. I selected these designs from the project file and had a good look at them during a coffee break. Hope you can do the same. I … Continue reading

Love the first design for this week’s mid week retreat … take a short break to enjoy this one, and the rest! Love the second too! Another one … perhaps not quite as good as the first two. Love the … Continue reading
I like it … might be the favourite for the day! What looks like sashing is really just the outer strip of a Log Cabin block. Like the variation of the width of the outer strips in the curved blocks … Continue reading
May I present Virtual Quilt No 6,000! Well, No 6,000 if I have allowed enough for a few repeats, some not quite original, etc … Certainly an interesting design to mark the occasion, chosen simply because when I did the … Continue reading
Less logs, less fabric choices to be made, less cutting, less seams, … the only thing there isn’t less of is impact! When I started this project file I had not played with Log Cabin designs for quite a while, … Continue reading
