I am a quilter who uses a computer program to design way more quilts than I could ever make in several lifetimes.
The quilts featured on this site have never been made. No stash has been harmed in the process.
This site is a chance to show the un-used and un-seen designs to others, and occasionally share designs by making some EQ6 project files available by email on request.
Please note that my only association with the Electric Quilt Company is as a very satisfied customer.
I prefer to be in a tag free zone and award free area. I am just happy to know you came for a look.

Middle of the week again, and this one has rolled around really quickly. This project file features just one block, repeated over and over, and twisted and turned every which way. The one above is interesting. Love the one above, … Continue reading
This project file came about because I asked myself what if I added cornerstones to Curved Log Cabin Blocks? Then I had to play with the blocks just like I play with any other blocks I draw. Some of the … Continue reading
Interesting centre. Love the one above … though I can see a couple of changes which may, or may not, make it better. I admit to being addicted to trying each and every possible change with every design just to … Continue reading
Trying a new set of colours … I like them, but … … but I should have left myself enough time to have another coffee before I had to post this. Now the coffee has kicked in I can see … Continue reading
This projec file always reminds me that we make quilts to keep us warm. The colours are certainly not pretty, but would appeal to a lot of blokes. (Blokes are the males of the human species in Australia.) The one above … Continue reading
This collection remind me of tartans … even though they don’t look like tartan! I love the little contrast of white in the red blocks. It is tempting to add them to every dark block, but I think they would … Continue reading
If five friends got together to make quilts using the Cornerstone Log Cabin block they could all make some little tweaks to make their own original design. If they all used the same fabrics it would be quite an exercise … Continue reading
The last chance to retreat from the world for a few minutes to study some Log Cabin designs. I rather like the texture added to Log Cabin blocks with the addition of Cornerstones. I plan to continue sharing virtual designs … Continue reading
Love the first one! Second one OK. Love the third. Like the fourth a lot. Like the last … love this series.
