Virtual Quilts?
I am a quilter who uses a computer program to design way more quilts than I could ever make in several lifetimes.
The quilts featured on this site have never been made. No stash has been harmed in the process.
This site is a chance to show the un-used and unseen designs to others, and occasionally share designs by making some EQ8 project files available by email on request.
Please note that my only association with the Electric Quilt Company is as a very satisfied customer.
I prefer to be in a tag free zone and award free area. I am just happy to know you came for a look.

My baby fig tree is growing leaves and fruit!

I am about to open a jar of fig jam to have on my toast for breakfast. Love the real jam, and the virtual quilt design! Not many fruits have such interesting leaves as the fig tree.

I spent a large amount of time since my last post playing with the new toy in my life. I drew some applique and quilting designs, added some quilts to several folders, one of which dated back to EQ5, along … Continue reading

This is the first time I have blogged from my new laptop! It is also the first time I have accessed one of my EQ7 project files from Electric Quilt 8! I finally managed to decipher the note the handwritten … Continue reading

A couple of days ago I started cutting back a fig tree, which reminded me that I hadn’t shared any designs featuring figs for a while, so I went ahead yesterday and shared a design. After it appeared on the … Continue reading

Looking forward to some jam in a few months time, even after doing some heavy pruning of the fig tree.

Mmmm! Fig jam … I have a jar in the cupboard which might have to be opened soon! We also have a sprawling fig tree in the garden which needs pruning. Bread and jam for afternoon tea sounds like more … Continue reading
Fig Jam 20
Love the design, love fig jam … it must be breakfast time … morning tea, or afternoon tea time, somewhere in the world so I just might indulge myself.

Fig Jam 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5
Why not draw some figs to make, maybe, a table topper. I don’t use table toppers very often, but when I do I put something on the middle of the table so I left it blank Most table toppers have … Continue reading
