Virtual Quilts?
I am a quilter who uses a computer program to design way more quilts than I could ever make in several lifetimes.
The quilts featured on this site have never been made. No stash has been harmed in the process.
This site is a chance to show the un-used and unseen designs to others, and occasionally share designs by making some EQ8 project files available by email on request.
Please note that my only association with the Electric Quilt Company is as a very satisfied customer.
I prefer to be in a tag free zone and award free area. I am just happy to know you came for a look.

Just a touch of red and green on this one, and I love the way the bells shrink. Wedding rings and Christmas trees. Nice combination. Both bells and hearts are symbols we can associate with Christmas and weddings.
Christmas Wedding 9 and 10
One way to remember your wedding anniversary is to get married at Christmas time. Doesn’t work if you get married at Easter time though!

Christmas Wedding 3, 4 and 5
I think this looks a bit like the start of a whole-cloth quilting design … just have to put some fillers in the defined spaces. I also think I should add something a bit more obvious to link the wedding … Continue reading

Christmas Wedding 1 and 2
Cream on cream patchwork … one way to mark parts of a quilting design. The remainder of the design could be free motion. Subtle and sophisticated.

The White Wedding series of virtual designs started after a short series of Christmas Wedding designs. The 2009 series morphed into the 2010 series, then 2011 For this series I have taken the White Wedding series and added some Christmas … Continue reading
Christmas Wedding 2012 1 and 2
The wedding party is lingering and spilling over into the Christmas season. I have modified a couple of the blocks which originally came from the EQ block library. Not only is changing the blocks a great way to get the … Continue reading
