Virtual Quilts?
I am a quilter who uses a computer program to design way more quilts than I could ever make in several lifetimes.
The quilts featured on this site have never been made. No stash has been harmed in the process.
This site is a chance to show the un-used and unseen designs to others, and occasionally share designs by making some EQ8 project files available by email on request.
Please note that my only association with the Electric Quilt Company is as a very satisfied customer.
I prefer to be in a tag free zone and award free area. I am just happy to know you came for a look.

Lovin’ Spoonfull in the Pink 10, 11, 12
A bright version of Lovin’ Spoonful, a contrast to the original colours. Love the second design, and would like it in most colourways I can think of. Love the third, but I think my favourite of these three is the … Continue reading
Lovin’ Spoonful 47, 48
I love this series. I love both of these designs. I am still amazed that this whole series of quilts use blocks inspired by a teaspoon!
Lovin’ Spoonful 45, 46
Another project file that was about to be retired because it was about to be empty of new designs to share … or an excuse to update the colours and carry on. Well, I haven’t changed the colours yet, but … Continue reading
Lovin’ Spoonful in the Pink 6, 7, 8
Winter has set in here in our part of the world, so I went looking for some designs which looked warm. Now things feel so much warmer … but it might be an hour or so before I poke my … Continue reading
Lovin’ Spoonful 44, 45
I love this design, and pretty much every design in the project file. I particularly like the quilting designs, which in a real quilt would include some cross hatching to fill in the spaces, and would possibly use a contrast … Continue reading
Lovin’ Spoonful 34, 35, 36
On my list of future projects I have a wholecloth quilt … could this be the one? Probably not, but the Lovin’ Spoonful project file could be where I will be looking. Love the one above, both the applique and … Continue reading

Lovin’ Spoonful 32, 33, 34
I want to change fabrics in this project file, but not until I have my block library sorted. However it is hard not to be distracted when I am playing in Electric Quilt, but I must be strong or the … Continue reading

Love this one.
Lovin’ Spoonful 36
Looks old fashioned so would look OK in our room, but probably too formal. Perhaps different colour scheme would suit better!

Lovin’ Spoonful 36
I love this series, and I love the spoon which started it. Every design in this series reminds me of antiques every time I open the Electric Quilt project file. I keep trying to find a much brighter colour scheme, … Continue reading
