Cabin Fever 126, 127, 128, 129, 130

In today’s selection of Log Cabin variations I have used just five variations, and one of them has been used just four times in one design.

The changes are rather subtle, but interesting.

The changes could be used in real quilts when we run out of one of the fabrics, and in the one above have to find a totally different fabric to finish the quilt.

I think the design above is my favourite of today’s section.

I love seeing how small changes of blocks and their placement, and orientation, can change a design.

That is all for this week … more Log Cabin quilt variations mid week, next week.

I like both the third and fourth ones today. Running out of fabric is a nightmare but also a design opportunity. It has happened to me but worked out in the end.
