Petal Power 1, 2

I spent most of last week away from home, surrounded by fellow quilters, and during a quiet time I started a new project file so I could play with some blocks which have been waiting very patiently to be shown in a series of virtual quilt designs.

In my break away from real quilting I finished up with 14 designs to share, and in the real quilting time I finished hand quilting a project started last century, and started quilting another UFO. Back at home and in the real world I am about to put some binding on the now quilted project, then will wait for a break from the rain clouds to get a photo.

I am happy with both the virtual and the real work I achieved at the retreat, and with the bonus of catching up with old friends and making new friends.

About Virtual Quilter

I am a quilter who designs many more quilts than I will ever make, and I am sharing one quilt design every day in Virtual Quilter. I also share my completed projects in Stuff-Ups, and Christmas decorations in Christmas Everyday of the Year.
