Cornerstones + 71, 72, 73, 74, 75

Don’t see a lot of Cornerstone Log Cabin quilts, which is a pity as they can be very interesting designs.

I like the first one, and the second one …

… and the third one too, but would like it better if the dark and light fabrics were swapped.

The one above is what happens when Cornerstone blocks and Barnraising layout meet, and four blocks are turned around.

Love the last one!

I have to admit that this time last week I was at a retreat with accommodation, workspace etc. housed in an old warehouse. Some stitching was done between conversations, laughter, eating, shopping. The latter was achieved both in house and in nearby shops.

More Log Cabin designs mid week, next week.

About Virtual Quilter

I am a quilter who designs many more quilts than I will ever make, and I am sharing one quilt design every day in Virtual Quilter. I also share my completed projects in Stuff-Ups, and Christmas decorations in Christmas Everyday of the Year.

I kind of like the first one today. The last one is very interesting too with some very interesting coloring possibilities.
