Not something I would like living with, though to be perfectly honest I spend most of my time in the bedroom in the dark, usually with my eyes shut, so what it looks like wouldn’t be a huge problem, proving it kept me warm in the hours of darkness.

I too spend most of my time sleeping in the dark and quilts are to snuggle and keep warm with more so than to look at. I do have quilts out in the living room and around the house where they are more visible.

Yes, even the ugliest quilts are warm … but I do like making quilts which look good too!
