I like everything about this design. It isn’t the most exciting design, but I like the colours, the background quilting combined with the motifs used in the corners and the borders is the sort of quilting I prefer.
Don’t like the second one as much … centre is too busy compared to the corners and border.

I agree the first seems more balanced in some way. I do like the applique flowers on the second one though.

I like those flowers and have twisted and turned them every which way to make them fit in all sorts of places. I found them in the EQ library under the name Mexican Rose.
