Hexie Logs 26, 27, 28, 29, 30

Middle of the week already! Time to share Log Cabin quilt designs, and this week they are hexagon shaped blocks,

Love the first design.

Love the second design, but can see some changes I want to try sometime.

The third one is lovely, but the mistake is pretty obvious. Thankfully it is only a virtual mistake, and no fabric was damaged in the process.

Love the last design for this weeks five minute break from the world around me.

Learned something new … the gallery feature doesn’t like odd shaped pictures of quilt designs intended for king, queen, double as well as single beds.

More Log Cabin quilt designs mid week, next week.

About Virtual Quilter

I am a quilter who designs many more quilts than I will ever make, and I am sharing one quilt design every day in Virtual Quilter. I also share my completed projects in Stuff-Ups, and Christmas decorations in Christmas Everyday of the Year.

    Cool designs, Judy! 🙂

    • Laura,

Thank you. I think I would ask somebody else to do the piecing, then add the applique, or even try some machine embroidery of the floral designs. (That would be a challenge, as just at the moment I can barely see the machines for the lengths of wadding and fabric and the mending and alterations waiting to be done.)

Oooh. I love the hexagon log cabins. The combo with the applique is wonderful. I like the rectangle designs too.
