Autumn has arrived down under, along with some dust storms, rain, power failures and cool days in the last week. Keeps life interesting!

The power failure here was a whole afternoon of no sewing, and no gardening as it was raining. I did read quite a bit of a thick book played with quilt designs, and did some sewing after dark to make up for the lost time. Wonder what this week will bring?

Love the second one!

About Virtual Quilter

I am a quilter who designs many more quilts than I will ever make, and I am sharing one quilt design every day in Virtual Quilter. I also share my completed projects in Stuff-Ups, and Christmas decorations in Christmas Everyday of the Year.

    • Laura,

At least those turbulences were good reasons to stay home .. which we were being encouraged to do anyway, even if it was a great day to go out sightseeing or visiting just because.

I like both of them. Being without power is such a drag. It does allow time for reading as long as it is daylight though. Or time for a nap LOL.
