I am a quilter who uses a computer program to design way more quilts than I could ever make in several lifetimes.
The quilts featured on this site have never been made. No stash has been harmed in the process.
This site is a chance to show the un-used and unseen designs to others, and occasionally share designs by making some EQ8 project files available by email on request.
Please note that my only association with the Electric Quilt Company is as a very satisfied customer.
I prefer to be in a tag free zone and award free area. I am just happy to know you came for a look.
It has been a while since I’ve seen Pompeii come out to play…still one of my favorites of your series of virtual quilts. 🙂

Laura,
My apologies, but there is a huge collection of project files to choose from, and sometimes I miss some for years … I just found one which hasn’t been opened for five years! (Even if that one was a favourite I suspect others could have forgotten it too!)

Wow it was interesting to see the first quilt design you shared. EQ had grown so much that the designs are much nicer to see with the option of the block lines being invisible. Your designs have grown at an amazing rate. Being able to keep track of them all is amazing but we are glad you do.

Cindy,
The designs do look much better without the black lines, don’t they!
I have pretty much got a good tracking system for virtual quilts, but I am totally lost when trying to work out a decent system for keeping track of blocks! I am getting closer to a degree of organization with applique blocks, but still a lot of sorting to do, but the pieced blocks are a nightmare! That nightmare started in EQ5!
