I keep telling myself to start new projects when I want to do some virtual quilting.
Then I choose something like this from the stash of project files which haven’t been opened for quite some time and I want to virtually quilt that blank space. Then I find that quite a few of the blocks I would like to use as quilting designs were not drawn with quilting in mind and I have to tidy them up, and then I discover more variations of those blocks, and it becomes a long term virtual project, just like the real projects!
One day it will happen, just not today!

Love the Border! The applique and piecing in the center are definitely doable with lots of space for quilting.

The border is straight from the EQ library, though I nearly always modify things a bit. I just checked this one though, and it *is *straight from the library … no modifications!
