Thank you … but in my real world our gardens are being burnt off by a hot sun, though I am grateful that I am not one who has lost their garden and in many cases, their house, through bushfires.

Your summer sounds a whole lot like our summer from last year. Hubby and I did lose our gardens to the heat, and we did evacuate for a short time because of fire, but many others suffered huge losses.

We had a very dry winter in our area, but the driest area of the state had their best year for many years … we are a country of droughts and flooding rains, and we have had both over the last six months in different areas, along with major fires in three states.
