EQ 9x9s 1 and 2

EQ 9x9s at Christmas 1

I was wondering what would happen if I gave some of my project files a Christmas makeover.

EQ 9x9s at Christmas 2

This one mainly got a change of background fabric, from nearly solid block to a dark green.

I could live with this all year round … which would be good because it might be too hot to have it out for an Aussie Christmas.

Now, if I make enough of these into real quilts I could fold them up and make a stack of them as part of the Christmas makeover around the house.

    • Carol,

Thank you … I am liking what is happening in several files I have been playing with. I haven’t decorated the house this year as the MOTH is on crutches, and didn’t want him to fall into a tree, so virtually making more Christmas quilts is a substitute.

    • Sandra,

Some of the project files are easy to keep working at … I like pretty much every design I do. That of course leads to teh problem of what one s to share!

Have a great Christmas, and look forward to your virtual company n in the new year.

I agree that the second one especially sparkles! Merry Christmas to you and your MOTH. Hope the crutches are soon a thing of the past and mobility returns. Have a great holiday season.

    • Cindy,

Thank you, and Merry Christmas and happy new year to you too. The MOTH is bored, but staying put as he is trying to not put his left foot on the floor at any time. All seems to be going well.

they are very twinkly – the MOTH can put both rear paws up and just gaze contentedly at them perhaps?

    • Cat,

Thank you. Unfortunately the MOTH is not content just gazing at anything, he has to be doing stuff, and the stuff he likes doing include either a shed full of tools, or a bag full of sticks to carry around a golf course.
