Fusing the beads makes these designs much easier than they look! I agree, it could be used for embroidery.

Just like some of the knitting you do is a mystery to me! I know how to do the basics, and have a vague idea of some of the slightly intricate stitches … then there is the other stuff! My Mum knitted way too quickly for me to be able to see what she was doing when she got to the fiddly bits!

I agree that this is really nice and a lot of applique. Fusing would definitely help but it would be really easy to get this out of alignment without precise marking of placement lines.

I have done a few of these designs, and found that by making a cardboard template to mark the lines first, then just cover the lines. Many of the scribbled designs I have on paper just have the lines, not the beads covering them … made sense to me even years after doing the scribbles, but have to admit the versions of those scribbles now in EQ look much prettier!
