Christmas with Bells On 1, 2 and 3

Christmas with Bells On 1

I thought I would save this series until next Christmas, but I want to show it off now.

I have added some variations to the block collection so I can hang bells in any combination I want … all at the click of a button!

Mind you, it took a lot of button clicking to move the bells around, re-size them, and even cut the ribbon away in odd places.

I can even add bows instead of bells, as well as changing the sizes, and adding a variety of things to hold them up.

Christmas with Bells On 3

The one at the bottom has stretched the ribbon to the limit … and I have 11 months to play before I start sharing Christmas designs again.

Wishing you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year … with many thanks to all those who visit often, or just occasionally, to those who comment, like and spread the word by sharing on Facebook, Pinterest, and other social media. A special thank you to those who share their quilting projects in their own blogs … I read lots, but would have to cut the reading if I made a comment on everyone every time I visited.

I will be back every day for the foreseeable future … hope you enjoy the designs I share.

PS Will also be teaching another Electric Quilt class at the Sanctuary here in Bordertown in February … check out the details of all the sanctuary schedule for 2015.

  1. I love the bells! So glad you decided to share it this year.

  2. I’m with Liz…love the bells very much! I also love how you took the time to draw different bows…that makes the design so much better! I never seem to tie my bows the same!

    • Laura,

I personally believe that like no two people are identical (even identical twins have a few tiny differences), no two bows are alike! I have managed on rare occasions to get some similar ones, but the has more to do with the material Ii am tying the bows with than the person getting herself tied in knots!

    • Carol,

Thank you! I got some of the hugs yesterday, but there are more to come over the weekend … pity we can’t wrap hugs and open them when we need one!
