Red and White 2 Block OP 26, 27, 28, 29 and 30

Red and White 2 Block OP 26

Some of the two block combinations take on a new look when they are tipped on point.

That doesn’t mean all the designs are wonderful … but Electric Quilt is wonderful because it allows me to see what the combinations look like without harming fabric.

So, just when I think things are getting boring ….

… and I remember being really bored at times when carrying out this exercise …

… then something like the last one for today comes along … anything but boring!

That last one saved the day! I do like it more.

    • Marie,

All good things come to those who wait! (I have to admit that waiting is not the most interesting pastime!)

I have just thought that I should have started this series by using each block repeated, with and without sashing, and alternated with plain blocks. Could be interesting, but sounds like it could be boring!

The last one is definitely not boring but I can definitely understand how getting there could be and would be!

    • Cindy,

You got that right! It was a long job … made longer because I kept wanting to go outside the boundaries I had set myself. I was determined to test all the blocks with all the other blocks, but have decided that it probably won’t happen again!
