Fiddlebobs 3

Fiddlebobs 3

Fiddlebobs were not intended to be used as a series by the Virtual Quilter … I just played around with some blocks I had drafted in EQ5 well before I became a Virtual Quilter. I had both straight and on point settings in the one project file, with a total of 30 designs.

I separated them recently by copying the file, then deleting the straight settings from the OP file, and the on point designs from the straight file. I had a little play with each file before I ran out of time … and both now have thirty plus designs.

I am having fun looking through each and every project file …. and adding even more designs to nearly every one before I close the file after uploading a design to share.

By the way, are you following the EQ7 Summer Drawing School?

About Virtual Quilter

I am a quilter who designs many more quilts than I will ever make, and I am sharing one quilt design every day in Virtual Quilter. I also share my completed projects in Stuff-Ups, and Christmas decorations in Christmas Everyday of the Year.

  1. This is a very feminine series; very pretty. Yes, I am absolutely following EQ’s Summer Drawing lessons!

Very pretty. Sorry what’s a fiddlebob? pardon my ignorance.

    • Marie,

I have no idea … I think it is a made up word … I just googled it and there is a blog by a guy about playing the fiddle, and I am guessing his name is Bob. Other than that Virtual Quilter’s quilt designs until you get to page 2 when an extra o is added. Not going there!
