I wasn’t going to show this series again so soon, but couldn’t resist!
I am starting to see that I am lacking a few types of blocks, or maybe I just need to recolour some blocks.
Oh, and redesign a few blocks to make some corner blocks.
And I think i should use less solid blocks … use fabric with little contrast in some of the blocks to get that blank look!

I am considering using this type of setting for a series of blocks a group has been making for a couple of years….. but I LIKE the blank blocks or setting fabrics so to speak….. the focus will then move to the blocks made. This will not be a sampler lined up like soldiers but a second level of “design”. Thanks for the idea.
