9P in Play 47 and 48

Neat and tidy … I like it!

Love it.

Love that quilting will need to fit with the patchwork in the centre, but the patchwork will frame the quilting in the spaces around the centre.

Check out the freebies page.

Rotary cutting instructions for two of the blocks used in this series have been added … neither of them used in these designs.Be warned, this series includes odd shaped pieces and set in corners.

The two blocks are the only two which have names though, so I will be adding a few names in the not too distant future so I can add more pdf files.

Suggestions for names will always be gratefully received, as lack of identity is the main reason I am holding back on sharing designs. I didn’t send my kids out into the world without a name, and want the blocks I share to have something on their identity cards!

It is a bit sad really, some of these blocks are over twenty years old, and still don’t have a name!

Don’t forget to check out Virtual Quilts, Real Comfort … officially not launched until tomorrow, but there is some reading there already.

Tomorrow there will be a very simple quilt introduced which you can make up for donation to your favourite charity.

Beware the cost involved in using the design though … I want a photo.

About Virtual Quilter

I am a quilter who designs many more quilts than I will ever make, and I am sharing one quilt design every day in Virtual Quilter. I also share my completed projects in Stuff-Ups, and Christmas decorations in Christmas Everyday of the Year.
