A Quilt a Day Everyday for 366 Days

Monster Plant

Quilt layout No 366 ………. a quilt layout a day for everyday of the year, including leap year!

(Well, I think that’s how many I have shown here. I have counted several times and sort of gone with the answer I got most often.)

This wasn’t meant to happen for a few more days, but because I used three variations of Super 7s 7 as well as the original, it happens today! And it has happened in less than a year, because this wasn’t the first time I’ve used more than one variation, and a couple of times I have even used two different layouts.

Two of the designs have been turned into real quilts, a couple of my real quilts have found their way into the virtual world, and on the whole this blog is over target for showing a quilt design every day. The first birthday of this blog is still weeks away, and there are hundreds, probably thousands of quilt designs in Electric Quilt project files. I think I need to do a new back up copy of them all!

About Virtual Quilter

I am a quilter who designs many more quilts than I will ever make, and I am sharing one quilt design every day in Virtual Quilter. I also share my completed projects in Stuff-Ups, and Christmas decorations in Christmas Everyday of the Year.

This is really pretty. So it is not really a quilt or pattern and I am seeing things??

Yep. you are seeing things! All the designs on this blogsite are created using Electric Quilt 6, and have not been used as a pattern for the real thing. Well, a couple have, but not by me.

I do make real quilts, and do publish real patterns, and some of these could become either one someday. Some of the real patterns are for virtual quilts, ie, quilts not yet made for real! Judy B

This would make a beautiful real quilt. If you want someone to volunteer as a “tester” let me know. I love this design.

Another stunning design – I didn’t realise this blog has been running such a short time!
