9P in Play 1

On Feb 28th I showed a design in a long lost file, and put the file away again. Then thought, what if I get it out and play around a bit. I did, and this is one of the designs. Others will follow in yet another series.

This time I am swapping the fabrics around. The blocks will look totally different at times when I use the fabrics in a different way. I took al lot of the blocks out of the file, but have left more than I need, especially when I am moving fabrics as well as changing blocks.!

I don’t post here as often as I should, but I really like your designs. One thing that struck me about this one is the “white space” of the background. It gives it a lacy look. Did you design these blocks too or are they straight out of EQ?

Thank you, glad you enjoy looking at the designs.

I love using light backgrounds with or without matching sashing so that the shapes within the block are highlights, and the blocks flow into a whole design rather than being separated.

These blocks are my own designs.
