Another series of Drunkard’s Path variations, starting with two variations of the colour placement … Half and Half above, Three to One below.
There is another way of creating variations with the same arrangement of the four squares in the top left hand corner. In the variation above the squares spin around the centre, but it is a lot of fun to twist and turn them, mirror them and moving the two colours around a bit.
In the block above the four squares which started in the top left have moved to the bottom left, and the repeats spin around the centre. I call the block above Chess Pieces … probably should add that they are Spinning Chess Pieces!
In the one above they are in the top right, then spun around again.
At this point I feel like I have had three beers in quick succession!
How about the Chess Pieces sitting in front of a mirror?
Still playing in front of the mirror.
There are even blocks which will work well as borders.
Instead of showing how the individual blocks look side by side, I am going to jump straight from the blocks to changing and adding colours and combining blocks in a separate post.
