Lots of blocks, but they are only little!
Lots more fun to play though when there is room for so many little blocks.

I agree with her.

I am a quilter who uses a computer program to design way more quilts than I could ever make in several lifetimes.
The quilts featured on this site have never been made. No stash has been harmed in the process.
This site is a chance to show the un-used and un-seen designs to others, and occasionally share designs by making some EQ6 project files available by email on request.
Please note that my only association with the Electric Quilt Company is as a very satisfied customer.
I prefer to be in a tag free zone and award free area. I am just happy to know you came for a look.

Lovely!
Billie,
Thank you!

Yup…what Becky said. I stopped washing my fabric when I decided that I wanted the soft, antique look, and when I began hand dyeing fabric. I admit, I became lazy, and I should be more vigilant in washing commercial fabric.
Laura,
When you don’t wash sooner or later there is a hard lesson to be learned.

Really pretty. Almost makes me want to do a Jane……almost.
Always have and always will wash fabric before using. I learnt to do it when making clothes. Nothing worse than making a perfectly fitted shirt and then wash it and have it shrink. Apart from that the sizing in unwashed fabric stinks.
Karen,
It is so long since I did a great amount of dress making that I had forgotten the problem with shrinking clothes! At the moment I have a different dressmaking problem … replacing elastic in just about every elastic-waisted item I own. It has all reached its used by date at the same time.
