I love what happens when Log Cabin Blocks are used on point.
The half blocks around the edge of the design could be replaced with solid fabric triangles in the same, or similar, fabric to the darkest fabric used in the blocks.
Love being able to use the curves of Thick and Thin Log Cabin blocks with the curves going across or up and down.
Love that circle!
This one is not the most exciting design, but I see the possibility of adding applique to those light blocks.

Oh the drama! Great stuff!
It is so easy to get a bit of drama in designs with a collection of blocks … and then tipping them to balance on one point. So much fun too.
